Gauntlet to Lead Movement’s Ecosystem Growth and Incentive Optimization Strategy

We are spearheading Movement’s ecosystem growth strategy, building on our years of modeling and economic analysis in DeFi. Our team will provide modeling and analysis to develop a robust liquidity incentive program on Movement, supporting their mission to bring Move's enhanced security and performance to the Ethereum ecosystem.

Our work will focus on bootstrapping sustainable DEX liquidity on Movement, the first Move chain that settles to Ethereum. We will accomplish this through targeted incentives to drive ecosystem growth and meaningful onchain economic activity. As part of our collaboration, we will launch a comprehensive dashboard to monitor liquidity, user activity, and other key ecosystem metrics. 

Building Sustainable DEX Liquidity

We will design and deploy multi-asset liquidity mining incentive programs targeting MOVE pairs, including against BTC LSTs (glBTC, solvBTC, mBTC), ETH LRTs, and stablecoins (USDC, USDT, FRAX). 

We will fine-tune our incentive strategy to ensure the campaign's long-term success by developing algorithms and data pipelines that inform our recommendations. Throughout the program, we will measure, report, and improve the effectiveness of our approach by focusing on capital efficiency, TVL, network revenue, volume, and ROI. 

Ecosystem Growth and Onchain Economic Activity

Our incentive programs will encourage active participation and meaningful onchain activity while ensuring alignment with Movement’s long-term goals. To do so, we will encourage the use of MOVE and associated assets in various Movement DeFi protocols to increase utility and demand.

Incentives play a pivotal role within any decentralized protocol by encouraging user behavior. Liquidity mining incentives, for example, strike a balance that helps bootstrap value for all protocol participants and underpins future development. The design of these systems requires careful consideration to promote constructive behavior across all participants.

Ecosystem Monitoring and Advanced Analytics

We will develop a comprehensive dashboard for up-to-date liquidity monitoring, user activity, and key Movement ecosystem metrics to ensure we align continually with ecosystem goals and long-term objectives. 

The dashboard will include visualizations to help stakeholders digest complex data and make informed decisions. We will further provide detailed monthly reports on program performance. 

Our collaboration with Movement will leverage our deep experience with incentive optimization, modeling, and economic analysis to support Movement’s long-term sustainability and growth.
